By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform for specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. y999game employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
y999game is operated for and marketed to Pakistani players. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your specific location. y999game makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
y999game may require KYC documentation — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before approving withdrawals, upgrading VIP tier status, or at any other point deemed necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified by y999game may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. y999game strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party.
You agree to notify y999game immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. y999game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have delayed in reporting suspected unauthorised access.
y999game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y999game does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check the current limits within the Platform before initiating any transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. y999game aims to process verified withdrawal requests within four minutes during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. y999game is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
y999game operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All transactions are monitored. y999game reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if a transaction is flagged as potentially suspicious. Players must not use the Platform to launder funds or process payments on behalf of third parties.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. y999game reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Account balances, as communicated in the Platform's current fee schedule. Players will receive email notification before any fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by y999game are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
Wagering requirements must be satisfied exclusively through real-money gameplay. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagers placed on certain game categories — as specified in individual promotion terms — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.
y999game reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing opposing bets on the same event across accounts. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at y999game's sole discretion.
y999game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before all participants have met the qualifying criteria, y999game will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, honour existing progress on a pro-rata basis.
y999game's decisions on all betting and gaming matters — including bet settlement, result declarations, game outcomes, and dispute resolutions — are final. In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect bet being accepted or an incorrect payout being made, y999game reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and adjust Account balances accordingly.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international Pakistan matches, and other domestic tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on abandoned or rescheduled matches are settled per the specific rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures conducted by licensed studio partners. Slot game RTPs are published within each game's information panel. y999game does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for results produced by third-party game providers.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active bet, the Platform will complete the game round using the last valid game state on record. y999game is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from y999game.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence is revocable at y999game's discretion and terminates automatically upon Account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y999game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
y999game's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y999game does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.
y999game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
y999game does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for those specific purposes.

y999game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security concern.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law standards under which y999game operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through y999game's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
